We want to KNOW our vote counts by using machines that have:
1 A DURABLE VOTER-MARKED, NOT MACHINE-GENERATED, PAPER BALLOT THAT CAN BE AUDITED AND RECOUNTED.
2. To have RANDOM Hand Counts to verify the count on the machine
3. In a discrepancy between machine totals and paper totals, PAPER MUST be the Official Record of the election
