There are opportunities for:

(1) Observing Early Boards (the people who open the mail-in ballot envelopes and remove the ballots and ready them for scanning); this operation is already in progress, and observers are needed immediately;

(2) Observing polling places on Election Day on behalf of the Democratic Party to ensure that voters are not needlessly disenfranchised;

(3) Observing a variety of election Boards who process machines, materials and ballots after the polls close on Election Day;

(4) Auditing precinct vote counts and early ballot counts after the election, probably starting on Thursday.
